About Me



My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Wilmington real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Born in Los Angeles California,  I have lived in Wilmington for over 29 years and have been fortunate enough to live in almost every part of New Hanover County. This area has something to offer to everyone, and I'm eager to share my local knowledge with my clients. It is said that history repeats itself, so knowing what the market has done in New Hanover may help me educate my clients on what it may do in the future. I consider myself a real estate consultant and I am here to help you make informed and well-educated decisions.

I have been in business since 2005 and have sold over $35 Million Dollars of residential and commercial real estate since then. Working with developers of high end spec beach homes, as well as, large land developers for residential developments. I have also worked with developers that represent regional and national grocery store anchor chains. I understand the strict and confusing beach codes, their requirements and zoning. As well as complicated CAP rates that are involved with commercial investing.

My two children and I enjoy the lifestyle that Wrightsville Beach and Wilmington offers to us, as far as, beach activities, surfing, swimming, and fishing. Both my children attended Wrightsville Beach elementary. Which offers a quaint classroom environment with lots of parent involvement. We are more than happy to share an understanding of our lifestyle that makes this area so  appealing to many.

I've worn several hats in my life including working in the restaurant industry as an Assistant Winemaker and working in the computer world as both a Web Developer and IT technician. Each of my experiences has taught me valuable lessons: for example, as a Web Developer, I learned that the importance of precision and attention to detail. Throughout my various careers, I've enjoyed working with people and have learned the skills of patience, persistence and tenacity.
